This IDC Vendor Profile examines the CDP and persona-based AI/analytics products of Adobe, a public company that delivers solutions in three business segments: Digital Media, Digital Experience, and Publishing and Advertising. This document covers products within Adobe Experience Cloud that reside at the applications layer that includes solutions for marketing, advertising, commerce, and analytics. Adobe Real-time CDP is one of the applications and the primary focus of this document. Adobe provides a platform layer, Adobe Experience Platform, including a services layer that provides shared services to all applications within Experience Cloud. Adobe Real-time CDP uses the following platform services: profile, identity, segmentation, destination, AI/ML, ingestion, and privacy and governance.
