Fitness technology solutions company OneFitStop has announced the appointment of Stephanie Tucker as Global Chief Customer Officer.
Tucker joins the company as a proven and widely respected fitness industry technology professional having most recently served as Executive Vice President of ABC Fitness Solutions (formerly ABC Financial Services).
During her tenure, Tucker built a world class client services organisation responsible for ensuring a ‘Raving Fan customer experience’ and helping clients accelerate their growth through the maximum utilisation of ABC and fitness industry best practices.
Announcing the appointment, OneFitStop Chief Executive, Jarron Aizen stated “we are thrilled to welcome Stephanie to the OneFitStop Team.
“It is rare that a professional of Stephanie’s pedigree comes available and we are honoured that she has agreed to step up and leverage her expertise to the benefit of our rapidly growing customer roster. I am sure that each of them will be delighted by the level of care and first-class attention they will receive from Stephanie and her team.”
Looking forward to her new role, Tucker commented “the entire fitness industry is experiencing dramatic change.
“I’ve done my diligence and believe there is no industry technology provider better positioned to help fitness operators capitalise on change than OneFitStop.”.
Founded in 2014, OneFitStop has been providing exceptional technology solutions to a broad range of facility types from boutiques to hybrid to big box facilities, delivering ‘hybrid’ solution long before it became an industry norm.
