CitraPac’s, proprietary, game-changing, cryogenic technology makes it easy for retailers and consumers to store Dessert Pearls at regular freezer temps 0 degrees to -10 degrees Fahrenheit. Many flash-frozen, beaded treats require -40 degree temperatures to maintain product shape and consistency, however, CitraPac’s technology makes commercial and home use possible with standard freezers. 

With four delectable varieties to choose from – Cookies and Cream, Strawberry Cheesecake, Chocolate Mint, and Banana Pudding – Dessert Pearl offer a symphony of flavors and textures that will delight taste buds of all ages. With contrasted pairings of rich and creamy yogurt pearls with crispy cookies, shortbread cookie crumbles, sweet strawberries, refreshing mint, ripe bananas and luscious chocolate, favorite dessert recipes take new shape for consumer enjoyment.

New Dessert Pearls are available in 9.2-ounce boxes that contain four single-serve 2.3-ounce cups. Dessert Pearls contain no artificial sweeteners and range from 135 to 170 calories per serving for guilt-free enjoyment. Dessert Pearls will start to appear in major grocery chains this September, merchandised in frozen dessert sections of freezer aisles.
