Museums and historical sites
Starting November 1, visitors to the National Aviation Heritage Area sites are eligible to qualify for the National Aviation Heritage Area’s aviation-themed gift basket, which includes coffee mugs, hot chocolate spoons, a Wright Flyer blanket, and aviation books, by checking in at each unique destination through the Pilot Passport feature on the AOPA app. The easy-to-download app is free and available through the Apple Store and Google Play. In addition to the Pilot Passport feature, the AOPA app is a useful tool for all pilots. Whether you need an airport directory or want to listen to an aviation podcast, it’s all accessible through AOPA’s award-winning app.
