ZoomInfo, which went public last year, is a subscription service which offers data on businesses to sales, marketing and recruiting professionals. Insent.ai uses artificial intelligence to allow companies to identify and chat with website visitors in real time.
In a blog post, ZoomInfo founder and CEO Henry Schuck said the acquisition would more tightly integrate the company’s workflow.
“It supports our strategy to identify and acquire technologies that are made better by our data,” Schuck wrote. “Technologies that allow sales, marketing, and recruiting professionals to activate our data through automated data-driven engagement result in higher conversion, more meetings and pipeline, and ultimately more revenue and ROI for our customers.”
The acquisition isn’t expected to have a material impact on the financial year 2021, according to a press release.
